Vegetable Kebobs
Ingredients:
- 1 Bell Peppers red, cut into large pieces
- 1 Bell Peppers orange, cut into large pieces
- 1 Zucchini sliced
- 1 c Onions cut into large pieces
- 20 Cremini Mushrooms cut in half
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Lemons juiced
- 1 c Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
- wood skewers
Instructions:
- Chop peppers and onion into large pieces. Half large mushrooms and tomatoes. Slice the zucchini.
- Thread veggies onto wooden skewers.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Grill for 15 min or until desired doneness, turning halfway through.
