Thai Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- .5 c Red Onions minced
- .25 c Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
- .25 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 heads Green Cabbage thinly sliced, about 2 cups
Instructions:
- Place a skillet over medium high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, spices, ginger, fish sauce, coconut aminos or tamari, sesame oil, onion, and cilantro.
- Mix well and form into four patties. Place the patties in the skillet and cook until golden brown, roughly 6 to 8 minutes; flip and repeat.
- Remove from the stove and set aside.
- In a small bowl, add the mayo, almond butter, honey, and pepper and blend well.
- Place the chicken patty on a paleo bun and top with the sliced cabbage and sauce.
