Sweet Chili Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts trimmed of ragged or old-looking outer leaves and cut in half
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Chili Powder
Instructions:
- Over medium heat, warm the coconut oil in a cast iron pan.
- Place the cleaned and halved Brussels spouts in the pan and slow roast until soft and golden brown, roughly 10–15 minutes.
- Add the maple syrup, sea salt, and chili powder and cook for 4 to 5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
