Super Simple Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado large and ripe
- 1 tbsp Red Onions finely minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
- .25 tsp Garlic Powder
- .25 tsp Onion Powder
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.
- While still in the skin, take a knife and cut the avocado into small cubes. Take a large spoon and scoop out the cubes into a bowl, staying as close to the skin as possible.
- Take a fork and mash until smooth. Add in the red onion and fresh cilantro.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt and stir.
- Add lime juice and stir.
- Serve immediately.
