Slow Cooker Taco Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 c Onions chopped
- 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies 1 can
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 14.5 oz Canned Black Beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 14.5 oz Canned Red Beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
- .5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 c Frozen Corn Kernels
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 c Water
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and onion, cooking until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until brown then transfer to slow cooker.
- Stir in taco seasoning and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low 6 hours.
