Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies
This is a complete one-pot meal!
Ingredients:
- 8 Bone-In Chicken Thighs
- 1 lb Red Potatoes halved
- 1 lb Baby Carrots
- 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
Sauce
- .5 c Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- .5 c Honey
- .25 c Ketchup
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- .5 tsp Dried Oregano
- .25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine aminos/tamari, honey, ketchup, garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots, and sauce mixture into a 6-qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, basting every hour. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
- Serve chicken immediately with potatoes, carrots and green beans, garnished with parsley.
