Orange Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil divided
- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin sliced into 12 slices
- .25 c Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 4 tbsp Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger minced or ground
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 3 bunches Green Onions chopped
Instructions:
- In a skillet add sesame seeds and toast over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Be careful to not burn, they toast very quick. Remove from pan and set aside for later.
- Using same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork slices and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan and set aside, covering to keep warm.
- Add remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil, tamari, orange juice, coconut sugar, ginger, and garlic to pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and add the pork to the pan and glaze the pork with the sauce.
- Serve with topped with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
