Orange Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

  • In a skillet add sesame seeds and toast over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Be careful to not burn, they toast very quick. Remove from pan and set aside for later. 
  • Using same pan,  add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork slices and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan and set aside, covering to keep warm. 
  • Add remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil, tamari, orange juice, coconut sugar, ginger, and garlic to pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and add the pork to the pan and glaze the pork with the sauce. 
  • Serve with topped with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
