Orange-Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Orange Zest
- 1 tbsp Orange Juice
- 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 2 bunches Green Onions sliced
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except green onion in an oven-safe, lidded dish and marinate in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake the tenderloin uncovered in the oven for 1 hour, turning once halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- Serve garnished with the green onion.
