Maple Ginger Beef
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Sirloin Steak thinly sliced
- 2.33 tbsp Arrowroot Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- .5 c Beef Broth
- .25 c Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- .25 c Maple Syrup
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced or grated
- .125 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over high heat.
- Toss the steak with 2 tablespoons of arrowroot powder and let sit for 2 minutes. Add the oil to the skillet.
- Cook the steak over medium-high heat just until browned on both sides, stirring as necessary.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the broth, aminos/tamari, Worcestershire sauce, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, and 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder until combined. Add to the skillet with the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Serve and enjoy!
