  • Heat a large skillet over high heat.
  • Toss the steak with 2 tablespoons of arrowroot powder and let sit for 2 minutes. Add the oil to the skillet.
  • Cook the steak over medium-high heat just until browned on both sides, stirring as necessary.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together the broth, aminos/tamari, Worcestershire sauce, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, and 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder until combined. Add to the skillet with the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Serve and enjoy!
