Low Carb Mug Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- .25 tsp Baking Powder
- .125 tsp Garlic Powder
- .125 tsp Onion Powder
- .125 tsp Dried Parsley
- .125 tsp Sea Salt
- .125 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Water
- .25 c Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
Instructions:
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a microwavable coffee mug.
- Add egg and avocado oil. Stir well with a fork.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Remove the muffin from the cup using a butter knife and slice in half.
