Keto Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Italian Sausage
- 12 oz Cauliflower riced
- 15 oz Marinara Sauce
- .5 c Sour Cream
- 1.25 c Ricotta Cheese
- 2 c Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 5 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- .5 tsp Dried Oregano
- .5 tsp Dried Basil
Instructions:
- Brown the meat and season with the garlic, oregano, and basil.
- Heat cauliflower in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add marinara sauce to meat and let simmer.
- Combine the ricotta cheese, sour cream, and heated cauliflower, season with salt and pepper.
- Layer into a greased 2-quart casserole dish beginning with the ricotta cheese mixture, then meat sauce, top with 1 cup shredded cheese. Repeat for a second layer, ending with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
