Greek Inspired Slow Cooker Chicken
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- .5 c White Wine
- .25 c Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Whole Chicken cut up into pieces
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
