Gluten Free Meatballs
Ingredients:
- .5 lb Ground Beef
- .5 lb Sweet Italian Pork Sausage ground, removed from casings
- 1 Eggs beaten
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- .5 Carrots shredded
- .5 c White Rice cooked
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .5 c Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Form into 1-1.5 inch balls.
- Place meatballs on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with a sauce of your choice - tomato, teriyaki, sweet and sauce, etc. Can be served with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
