Garlic Broccoli Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled, deveined, tails removed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 2 c Broccoli Florets
- .5 c Onions diced
- 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil divided
- .5 tsp Sea Salt divided
Instructions:
- Heat half of sesame oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the shrimp and season with half of the salt.
- Fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and pour in the remaining oil.
- Toss in the onion and remaining salt and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add in the broccoli, garlic, and aminos/tamari and sauté until the garlic is fragrant about 30 seconds.
- Toss the shrimp back into the pan and mix until everything is well incorporated and the shrimp is fully cooked about 1 minute.
