Egg Roll In A Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- .5 head Green Cabbage small, shredded
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari or soy sauce
- .5 c Onions chopped
- .5 Carrots shredded
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, stirring often to crumble, until cooked through. Do not drain.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet with the sausage. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until cabbage has softened a bit.
- Remove from the heat and top with optional green onions
