Easy Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
- 30 oz Pureed Pumpkin 2 cans
- 4 c Vegetable Broth
- 1 c Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Can top with bacon and chives or eat it as is.
