Easy Corn Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Frozen Corn Kernels thawed
- 3 tbsp Red Onions small, diced
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .5 c Fresh Basil chopped
Instructions:
- Toss the kernels in a large bowl with onions, vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Toss in fresh basil just before serving.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
