Creamy Garlic and Basil Zucchini Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 Zucchini large, spiralized into noodles
- .25 c Butter divided
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 c Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk or heavy cream
- .25 c Fresh Basil chopped
Instructions:
- Using a spiralizer or other tool, make zucchini into noodles.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, just to soften them.
- Remove from heat and add remaining butter, garlic powder, salt, and coconut milk and toss together.
- Sprinkle basil on top and serve immediately.
