  • Butterfly the chicken breasts (slice in half) and then pound to 1/2 thickness.

  • Remove the chicken from the marinade (save the marinade) and fry until golden brown, roughly 3 to 4 minutes; flip an repeat.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set on a place. Pour the marinade into the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add the chicken back in the skillet, and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
