Chili Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Red Potatoes halved
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- .5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Turmeric
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Toss potatoes with oil, sugar, and spices. Spread on an even layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Poke with a fork or knife to make sure they are tender.
