Best Bacon Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 Eggs beaten
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 0.25 lb Bacon chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix oregano, pepper, salt and garlic with beaten egg
- Add ground meat and bacon and mix gently until well combined
- Form into 16 meatballs and place into a baking dish with at least one inch sides
- Bake for 35 minutes or until tops are browned
