Slow Cooker Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Place onion in slow cooker and top with carrots and potatoes.
  • Combine both, wine, thyme, garlic, .5 tsp salt and .25 tsp pepper. Pour over vegetables.
  • Combine paprika, remaining salt and pepper and rub over chicken. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Add chicken. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Arrange chicken on top of vegetables.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3.5 hours or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
