Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or bullet blender. Process until well blended and combined, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
Shape into 12-13 balls with your hands.
Place balls on a plate or small sheet pan and put into freezer for about 10 minutes, or just long enough to firmly set.
Store in a sealed container in refrigerator or at room temperature
