Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet. Season salmon with cajun seasoning. Cook on each side 3-5 minutes until golden brown to blackened.
While Salmon cooks, peel and dice avocados and chop cilantro. Mix remaining ingredients together. Serve on top of the salmon.
