In a skillet add sesame seeds and toast over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Be careful to not burn, they toast very quick. Remove from pan and set aside for later.
Using same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork slices and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan and set aside, covering to keep warm.
Add remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil, tamari, orange juice, coconut sugar, ginger, and garlic to pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and add the pork to the pan and glaze the pork with the sauce.
Serve with topped with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
