Ingredients:

  • .5 lb Ground Beef
  • .5 lb Sweet Italian Pork Sausage ground, removed from casings
  • 1 Eggs beaten
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • .5 Carrots shredded
  • .5 c White Rice cooked
  • .5 tsp Sea Salt
  • .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • .5 c Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Form into 1-1.5 inch balls.
  • Place meatballs on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes until browned and cooked through. 
  • Serve with a sauce of your choice - tomato, teriyaki, sweet and sauce, etc. Can be served with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
