Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into 1-1.5 inch balls.
Place meatballs on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Serve with a sauce of your choice - tomato, teriyaki, sweet and sauce, etc. Can be served with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
