Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and spices and mix thoroughly.
Fold in the chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and half of the bacon.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bacon on top. Bake until hot about 35 minutes.
