Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling
Ingredients:
- 19 oz Canned Garbanzo Beans 1 can drained and rinsed
- 1 stalk Celery chopped
- 0.50 c Onions 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dried Dill dill weed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
- Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
