Turkey, Bacon, and Swiss Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
- .5 Tomatoes seeded and diced
- .25 lb Bacon about 4 slices cooked and crumbled
- .25 c Sliced Turkey shredded or chopped
- .25 c Swiss Cheese shredded or chopped
- .25 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 head Leaf Lettuce Bibb or Butter lettuce work best
- 1 tsp Sea Salt to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients (except lettuce) in a small mixing bowl and toss to mix; season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
- Fill lettuce leaves with salad mixture.
- Enjoy!
