Turkey, Bacon, and Swiss Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • .5 Tomatoes seeded and diced
  • .25 lb Bacon about 4 slices cooked and crumbled
  • .25 c Sliced Turkey shredded or chopped
  • .25 c Swiss Cheese shredded or chopped
  • .25 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 head Leaf Lettuce Bibb or Butter lettuce work best
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt to taste
  • .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients (except lettuce) in a small mixing bowl and toss to mix; season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
  • Fill lettuce leaves with salad mixture.
  • Enjoy!
