Tropical Slow Cooker Pork Roast
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Pork Shoulder
- 2 Bell Peppers red, diced
- 1 Jalapenos diced
- 1 c Onions diced
- 20 oz Canned Pineapple 1 can, chunks, drained
- 13.5 oz Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk 1 can
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 tbsp Dried Chives
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker on low for 7 hours.
- Using forks pull the meat apart and let cook another 30 minutes before serving.
