  • Combine lime juice, fresh ginger, sesame oil, garlic, coconut sugar, coconut aminos/tamari, chili sauce with garlic, peanut butter, fish sauce, and coconut oil. Add chicken and make sure the mixture evenly coats the chicken.
  • Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a skillet. Once oil shimmers add chicken with sauce to the pan and cook through, 8-10 minutes.
  • Arrange butter lettuce cups with hot chicken, cilantro, bell peppers, carrots, peanuts, and green onions to serve.
