Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Green Beans cleaned
- 2 tbsp Butter or ghee if AIP
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper omit pepper for strict AIP
Instructions:
- Steam green beans in a steamer for 7 minutes.
- Place green beans and butter or ghee in saucepan and heat through.
- Season with salt and black pepper (if using) to taste.
