Spicy Coconut Broccoli Rabe
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Broccoli Rabe chopped
- .25 c Peanuts salted, chopped
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes unsweetened
- .25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Cook chopped broccoli rabe in boiling salted water until tender, 2 to 3 minutes; drain.
- Toast chopped salted peanuts, unsweetened coconut flakes and red pepper flakes in coconut oil in a large skillet, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli rabe and sliced garlic; toss. Season with salt.
