Smoky Chipotle Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Salmon Fillets 4–6 ounce filets
- 2 tbsp Water
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Chipotle Pepper
Instructions:
- Pre-heat broiler on High setting.
- Rinse fish, pat dry, and set aside.
- Wisk all ingredients, except salmon, together in a bowl.
- Add salmon to bowl, tossing to coat.
- Place fillets on lined cookie sheet.
- Broil on high for 7–10 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is nearly opaque throughout.
