  • Pre-heat broiler on High setting.
  • Rinse fish, pat dry, and set aside.
  • Wisk all ingredients, except salmon, together in a bowl.
  • Add salmon to bowl, tossing to coat.
  • Place fillets on lined cookie sheet.
  • Broil on high for 7–10 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is nearly opaque throughout.
