Slow Cooker Tomato and Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Baby Spinach
- 2 Carrots medium, chopped
- 2 stalks Celery medium, chopped
- 1 c Onions large, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 c Vegetable Broth
- 28 oz Diced Tomatoes canned
- 2 Dried Bay Leaf
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- .5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes crushed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
- Remove bay leaves, stir and serve.
