Slow Cooker Mushroom Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 4 c Mushrooms quartered
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, sliced
- 2 c Vegetable Broth
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.50 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 4 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and parsley to a slow cooker, and mix well. Cook on high for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, stir in the sour cream. Serve with a rice, pasta of your choice, or roasted spaghetti squash, topped with plenty of fresh parsley.
