Simple, Delicious Green Beans
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or fat of your choice
- 1 lb Green Beans fresh is best, but you could use frozen
- 1 cloves Garlic minced
- .5 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit for AIP
Instructions:
- Warm the coconut oil (or oil of choice) in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and sauté over medium-low heat, uncovered, until cooked through, about ten minutes, depending on your cooking temperature. Be sure to stir often so they don't stick and burn!
