Sautéed Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or fat of choice
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 heads Green Cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit for AIP
Instructions:
- In a frying pan over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil.
- Add chopped garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shredded cabbage to garlic and coconut oil, tossing to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper and continue to cook cabbage, tossing occasionally until it just begins to turn golden, about 10 minutes.
