Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
- .5 c Onions diced
- 6 oz Canned Salmon drained
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Carrots peeled and grated
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro minced
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
Instructions:
- In large bowl, mix together onion, salmon, egg, Dijon, coconut flour, carrot and cilantro/parsley. Using your hands, form into 2 large patties.
- Heat a large nonstick or cast iron pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Mist with cooking spray or use ghee. Cook patties for 3 minutes each side or until lightly browned.
