  • In large bowl, mix together onion, salmon, egg, Dijon, coconut flour, carrot and cilantro/parsley. Using your hands, form into 2 large patties. 
  • Heat a large nonstick or cast iron pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Mist with cooking spray or use ghee. Cook patties for 3 minutes each side or until lightly browned.
