Salmon Croquettes
Ingredients:
- .5 c Coconut Oil for frying
- 7 oz Salmon Fillets canned, flaked
- 1 Eggs
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, chopped
- .5 Bell Peppers diced
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions:
- Over medium heat, heat oil in a medium skillet.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Form 4 patties then set in the skillet.
- Fry until golden brown on one side, flip, and repeat.
