Rosemary Dill Salmon
Ingredients:
Salmon:
- 1 lb Salmon Fillets 4 fillets
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.50 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Dill Sauce:
- 0.33 c Sour Cream
- 0.33 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 0.25 tsp Fresh Dill chopped
- 0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.25 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions:
Dill Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve on warm salmon.
Salmon:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place salmon filets on a baking sheet.
- Rub rosemary and garlic on all sides of the salmon filets.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake fish for 20 minutes.
