These Roasted Garlic Mushrooms are great as a stand alone side dish or what I like to do is add to the top of salads or steaks.

This is one of my favorite recipes because of how simple yet delicious they turn out.

Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Toss all the ingredients together and place on sheet pan.
  • Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
