  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • .5 tsp garlic powder
  • .5 tsp sea salt
  • .25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 c quinoa cooked and cooled
  • 2 avocados medium, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c cherry tomatoes halved
  • .5 cucumber diced, about 1 cup
  • .5 c fresh cilantro chopped
  • .25 bunch green onions 1-2 stalks, chopped


  1. Whisk lime juice, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. 

  2. Add quinoa, avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro and green onions; toss gently together with lime dressing until combined.
