Pork and Pepper Stir Fry

  • Heat a large skillet with coconut oil or fat of your choice
  • Chop apple and add the onion, mushrooms, pepper, and apple to the pan.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, then add the ground pork, and stir to combine.
  • When the pork is about half way cooked, add in the dried herb, cumin, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Continue cooking until pork is done, approximately 8 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
