Pear and Fennel Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- .5 tsp Fennel Seeds crushed
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .125 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .33 c Olive Oil
- 1 Fresh Fennel thinly sliced
- 2 Pear thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese shaved
Instructions:
- Whisk white wine vinegar with crushed fennel seed, salt, and pepper in a serving bowl, then slowly whisk in olive oil.
- Add thinly sliced fennel bulb, thinly sliced pears, and parsley and toss. Top with shaved parmesan.
