Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- 4 Russet Potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 tsp Onion Powder
- .25 c Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Blot the potatoes dry. Toss the wedges with all the other ingredients.
- Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the sheet pan. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and tender.
