Pan Fried Balsamic New Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or fat of your choice
  • 1 lb New Potatoes scrubbed and cubed
  • .25 c Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed, or 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions:

  • Heat up a pan to medium heat. Add the coconut oil (or preferred fat).
  • Add all ingredients to the pan and cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Uncover and cook until done, maybe 10 minutes more. That's it!
