Pan Fried Balsamic New Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or fat of your choice
- 1 lb New Potatoes scrubbed and cubed
- .25 c Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed, or 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions:
- Heat up a pan to medium heat. Add the coconut oil (or preferred fat).
- Add all ingredients to the pan and cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Uncover and cook until done, maybe 10 minutes more. That's it!
