  • Dissolve coconut sugar in the coconut aminos or tamari and then add the molasses and arrowroot into the water and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  • Heat 2 tsp of avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium/low heat. Add ginger, green onions, and garlic to the pan.
  • Add beef and brown for 1–2 minutes.
  • Add the coconut aminos mixture.
  • Increase the heat to medium and boil the sauce for 2–3 minutes or until the sauce thickens
  • Remove from the heat; sprinkle with red pepper flakes if you like heat!
