Momma's Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 Bell Peppers finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- .5 c Pork Rinds crushed
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add veggies to bowl with ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add crushed pork rinds and mix well.
- Place in loaf pan and bake for 30–40 minutes.

From refrigerated: Wrap in foil, then reheat in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Top with sauce of choosing and continue to heat through for 10 minutes.
The foil helps to maintain the moisture.
