Low Carb Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 15.5 oz salsa
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Instructions:

  • Place chicken pieces at the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
  • Remove chicken pieces and shred chicken. Return to crock. Serve hot.
