Low Carb Slow Cooker Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 15.5 oz Salsa
- 2 c Chicken Broth
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Instructions:
- Place chicken pieces at the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken pieces and shred chicken. Return to crock. Serve hot.
